His interests include baking, pastry making, and chocolate. Peter reveals that the most interesting place that he has been for his work is to cocoa plantations of Peru. .Shanna CasterShanna Caster is the Public Programs Manager at The Franklin Institute. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Pennsylvania State University. Her interests include chemistry and kitchen science. Shanna’s team is in charge of blowing stuff up for educational purposes. And for fun.
