    Marcia Pelchat
    Marcia Pelchat
    Marcia Pelchat is an Associate Member at Monell Chemical Senses Center and an Adjunct Professor of Food Science at Drexel University. She earned her Bachelor’s in Nutritional Psychology and PhD in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania. Her work focuses on the development and modification of food preferences in humans. Marcia will also be a part of the “Be a Food Psychologist” program.
